1 x MDPE Wall Flange 32mm – ¾” BSP (MDPEWF32-34BSPF)
1 x Brass Straight Joiner 25mm – ¾” BSP (BRSTR25B-34BSPM)
1 x MDPE Valve 32mm (MDPEVALVE32)
MDPE (Medium-Density Polyethylene) fittings are essential components in piping systems, specifically designed for connecting MDPE pipes. Known for their durability, flexibility, and chemical resistance, MDPE fittings are widely used in applications such as water supply, irrigation, and industrial processes. These fittings, feature threaded compression connections that ensure a tight, leak-free seal without the need for specialized equipment, making them both cost-effective and easy to install.
MDPE wall flange compression fittings are used to connect pipes to flat surfaces, enhancing the versatility of the system. An MDPE valve is a type of valve specifically designed to be compatible with MDPE piping systems. MDPE valves control the flow of fluid within the piping system.
MDPE PN10 pipe fittings are engineered to withstand a maximum pressure of 10 bars (approximately 145 psi), ensuring the integrity of the piping system under various conditions. These fittings are not only durable, capable of withstanding harsh weather and mechanical stress, but also resistant to corrosion from chemicals and acids, which contributes to their longevity and reduces maintenance needs. Overall, MDPE fittings provide a reliable, versatile, and efficient solution for a wide range of piping applications.
The brass straight joiner fitting features a barbed design, ensuring a secure grip on the hose pipe, preventing leaks and disconnections under pressure. The barbed end is specifically engineered to create a tight seal when the hose is attached, making it ideal for both low and high-pressure applications.
The other end of the fitting has a British Standard Pipe (BSP) thread allowing for easy connection to the MDPE wall flange fitting. The BSP thread is a standardized thread type that guarantees compatibility and a secure fit, minimizing the risk of leaks. This design makes the brass straight joiner fitting a versatile tool in both residential and commercial settings, where efficient and leak-free connections are paramount. Constructed from high-quality brass, this fitting is not only strong but also highly durable, capable of withstanding harsh environmental conditions and heavy use. Brass offers excellent resistance to corrosion, wear, and impact, ensuring a long service life even in demanding applications.
Please note, this kit is not sold with PTFE Tape. Tape will need to be purchased separately.

FAQ
All of our C16 and C24 graded timber is regularised
Regularised timber is timber that has been processed to have a uniform shape and size. This means that the wood has been sawn and planed to remove any irregularities and ensure that each piece of wood has consistent dimensions. Regularised timber is often used in construction, particularly in the framing of buildings, as it is easier to work with and can be more efficiently installed than irregularly shaped timber.
We have one of the largest ranges of timber lengths, dimensions and grades available to buy online.
The variation you require will determine the exact lead time and delivery method.
Most orders arrive within 3-4 days, the maximum is 7 days. Please get in touch before you order if you need a specifc delivery date.
Delivery charges vary by postcode. To find out the delivery charge, add the item(s) you require to your basket and select CALCULATE SHIPPING at the bottom of the page.
Some orders are delivered on our own vehicles based in Leicestershire and Cheshire. We also use carriers including Yodel and Tuffnells. For some sizes and locations we use regional distributors.
If you'd prefer crane offloading rather than tail lift vehicle offloading for your brick order then this service is available for the majority of bricks that we sell. Charges are shown at checkout.
For deliveries of less than 6 packs then Taillift offloading is normally a more cost effective option
