This MDPE Wall Flange Kit provides a reliable outdoor water connection, pairing a 25mm MDPE wall flange with a garden lever quick-connect tap for quick, leak-free access.
The kit contains: 1 x MDPE Wall Flange 25mm – ¾” BSPF (MDPEWF25-34BSPF) and 1 x Garden Lever Tap Quick Connect (GTLEVER-ZINC34Q). MDPE fittings connect MDPE pipes using compression threads that seal without specialist tooling. They are PN10 rated, with a maximum working pressure of 10 bar (approximately 145 psi) at 20°C, and offer resistance to weathering and many chemicals, contributing to longer service life in outdoor environments.
Wall flange features: compression connection to MDPE pipe, designed to secure the pipe to a flat surface and provide a neat, weatherproof finish. The 25mm to ¾" BSPF thread compatibility makes it suitable for a wide range of outdoor installations. Garden Lever Tap details: 3/4 BSPM inlet and a snap-on male outlet, with a zinc-nickel plated body for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance in varying weather. The lever design delivers easier on/off operation than traditional taps, reducing effort during frequent irrigation tasks.
The quick-connect outlet enables fast, secure hose connections and easy swapping of hoses or accessories, helping tradespeople save time on site. This kit is not supplied with PTFE tape; tape must be purchased separately and applied to male threads before assembly if required by your site practices.
