This Wall Flange Kit for 25mm MDPE pipes brings together a wall flange, a ¾" BSP ball valve and a 20mm MDPE straight joiner for a ready-made, secure connection to flat surfaces. It’s aimed at tradespeople, DIYers and small- to medium-scale installers seeking a leak‑free, straightforward MDPE solution for water supply, irrigation or light industrial piping. What’s in the kit
- 1 x MDPE Wall Flange 25mm – ¾” BSP (MDPEWF25-34BSPF)
- 1 x Large Plastic Valve ¾” BSP (VALVE34BSPM-F-LARGE)
- 1 x MDPE Straight Joiner 20mm – ¾” BSP (MDPESTR20-34BSPM) Key features and benefits
- Compression fittings with BSP threads provide a tight, leak‑free seal without the need for specialised equipment, making installation simpler and more cost‑effective on site.
- MDPE PN10-rated components withstand up to 10 bar (about 145 psi), offering reliable performance for typical domestic water and irrigation duties.
- The wall flange enables fixed, neat mounting to a flat surface, reducing movement and potential vibration in exposed or external installations.
- The Full Flow Single Union Ball Valve uses polypropylene (PP) with BSPF – M threaded connection and a large lever handle for easy operation, even in tight spaces. The valve’s design supports rapid shut‑off when needed.
- MDPE fittings are known for durability, flexibility and chemical resistance, contributing to a long service life in challenging environments. Applications and use cases
- Ideal for garden irrigation zones, external taps, shed or outbuilding water supplies and interim connections in light industrial piping.
- Suitable where a direct, straight MDPE-to-metal or MDPE-to-MDPE connection is required without angled fittings. Practical notes and installation tips
- This kit does not include PTFE tape; sealant tape or paste should be sourced separately and applied in accordance with BSP thread guidance.
- Confirm pipe sizes and thread types before assembly; ensure clean, undamaged pipe ends for the best seal.
- After installation, check for leaks at all joints and tighten gradually if required, taking care not to overtighten compression fittings. Why choose this kit
- It provides a compact, proven solution with three essential MDPE components in one package, designed for reliable, field-friendly installation. The combination of a wall flange, a high‑flow ball valve and a straight joiner covers common wall‑mounted or inline connections in MDPE systems, with materials chosen for durability and ease of use.

We offer all bricks with a tail lift offloading service, Please familiarise yourself with the information below.
Crane offloading is available as a premium service for some bricks.

All of our C16 and C24 graded timber is regularised
Regularised timber is timber that has been processed to have a uniform shape and size. This means that the wood has been sawn and planed to remove any irregularities and ensure that each piece of wood has consistent dimensions. Regularised timber is often used in construction, particularly in the framing of buildings, as it is easier to work with and can be more efficiently installed than irregularly shaped timber.
We have one of the largest ranges of timber lengths, dimensions and grades available to buy online.
The variation you require will determine the exact lead time and delivery method.
Most orders arrive within 3-4 days, the maximum is 7 days. Please get in touch before you order if you need a specifc delivery date.
Delivery charges vary by postcode. To find out the delivery charge, add the item(s) you require to your basket and select CALCULATE SHIPPING at the bottom of the page.
Some orders are delivered on our own vehicles based in Leicestershire and Cheshire. We also use carriers including Yodel and Tuffnells. For some sizes and locations we use regional distributors.
If you'd prefer crane offloading rather than tail lift vehicle offloading for your brick order then this service is available for the majority of bricks that we sell. Charges are shown at checkout.
For deliveries of less than 6 packs then Taillift offloading is normally a more cost effective option
