Wall Flange Kit 20mm MDPE – ½" BSP Bib Valve is a ready-to-install connection for MDPE piping, designed for tradespeople tackling water supply runs and wall penetrations. It combines a neat wall flange with a robust ½" BSP nickel-plated bib valve for a tidy, leak‑free shut-off.
The kit includes: 1 x MDPE Wall Flange 20mm – ½” BSP (MDPEWF20-12BSPF) and 1 x Nickel Plated Brass Bib Valve ½" (BRVALVEBIB12BSPM-F). MDPE fittings are made for MDPE pipes, offering durability, flexibility and chemical resistance. The compression connections seal reliably without specialist equipment, making installation straightforward and cost-effective.
The MDPE wall flange is used to connect a pipe to a flat surface, providing a stable entry point through walls or panels. The brass nickel-plated bib valve delivers simple twist-on/twist-off control and is suited to indoor or outdoor use where corrosion resistance matters. Together, the kit supports systems up to 10 bar (PN10) under typical conditions, equivalent to about 145 psi. MDPE is known for resistance to weathering and many chemicals, helping reduce maintenance over time.
Ideal for: garden irrigation runs through walls, external tap assemblies, and service passes where a quick shut-off is needed. The compact valve and flange arrangement helps minimise space requirements in tight installations and enables neat surface-mounted connections.
