This IBC 6-inch Cap Kit with 32mm MDPE Elbow provides a practical, reliable solution for sealing and piping IBC tanks. Built for tradespeople and hands-on operators, it simplifies venting and fluid routing without specialist tools. - In the kit 1 x Blanking Lid for IBC Tank 150mm with Built-in Vent (IBCLIDCAP155MM) – vented 150mm cap designed to prevent pressure build‑up while allowing safe gas relief, helping protect stored liquids from contamination. The lid uses a robust 6-inch coarse thread (S160X7) for a secure, leak‑resistant seal. Available in red, blue or black depending on stock. 1 x MDPE Elbow 32mm - 1" BSPM (MDPEELB32-1BSPM) – 90-degree compression elbow to adapt a 32mm MDPE pipe to a 1" BSP male thread, PN10 rated for up to 145 psi. Made from durable MDPE for corrosion resistance and long service life. 1 x Bush Reducing 2" BSPM - 1" BSPF (BUSH1BSPF-2BSPM) – reducing connector enabling quick size changes in fluid lines; 2" BSP male to 1" BSP female, solid plastic construction for reliable, leak‑free connections. Why it matters The vented blanking lid maintains internal conditions in IBC tanks during storage and transfer, reducing the risk of contamination and pressure-related issues. The MDPE elbow and reducing connector extend the versatility of your IBC setup, allowing straightforward connections to 32mm MDPE piping and standard BSP components without specialist fittings. Key details - 150mm cap with built‑in vent supports safe pressure relief and airflow. - 6-inch coarse thread provides a practical seal for compliant, leak‑resistant operation. - MDPE fittings deliver corrosion resistance and straightforward installation with compression connections. - PN10 rating on the elbow supports use with typical water, irrigation and industrial fluids at moderate pressures. Practical use Ideal for workshop and site fluid handling: seal an IBC when not in use, vent during transfer, and route liquids via MDPE piping using the elbow and reducing connector. Suitable for water, non-aggressive liquids and general purpose use where BSP and MDPE connections are required. Note: colour availability varies by stock. Ensure correct thread sizes for your system and follow standard safety practices during installation.

Crane offloading is available as a premium service for some bricks.

All of our C16 and C24 graded timber is regularised
Regularised timber is timber that has been processed to have a uniform shape and size. This means that the wood has been sawn and planed to remove any irregularities and ensure that each piece of wood has consistent dimensions. Regularised timber is often used in construction, particularly in the framing of buildings, as it is easier to work with and can be more efficiently installed than irregularly shaped timber.
We have one of the largest ranges of timber lengths, dimensions and grades available to buy online.
The variation you require will determine the exact lead time and delivery method.
Most orders arrive within 3-4 days, the maximum is 7 days. Please get in touch before you order if you need a specifc delivery date.
Delivery charges vary by postcode. To find out the delivery charge, add the item(s) you require to your basket and select CALCULATE SHIPPING at the bottom of the page.
Some orders are delivered on our own vehicles based in Leicestershire and Cheshire. We also use carriers including Yodel and Tuffnells. For some sizes and locations we use regional distributors.
If you'd prefer crane offloading rather than tail lift vehicle offloading for your brick order then this service is available for the majority of bricks that we sell. Charges are shown at checkout.
For deliveries of less than 6 packs then Taillift offloading is normally a more cost effective option
