A compact, practical kit for Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) that couples a S60X6 end cap with a 25mm MDPE valve, giving tradespeople a secure seal and straightforward flow control on bulk liquids.
What’s in the box
1 x IBC S60X6 Cap with ¾” BSP Thread (IBCS60X6CAP34BSPF)
1 x MDPE Valve 25mm – ¾” BSP (MDPEVALVE25-34BSPM)
The IBC S60X6 End Cap features a built-in BSPF (British Standard Pipe Fitting) thread, enabling direct connections to standard BSP fittings. Constructed from durable plastic, it helps minimise leaks and contamination, keeping contents contained and systems tidy. The threaded design supports quick, reliable assembly and maintenance within IBC transfer lines.
The 25mm MDPE valve is designed for use with MDPE piping and provides a reliable means to regulate flow. MDPE fittings are known for their durability, flexibility and chemical resistance, making them suitable for water, irrigation and many industrial processes. The PN10 rating indicates suitability up to 10 bar (roughly 145 psi) under typical service conditions, supporting safe operation in common bulk-liquid applications.
Key features and practical notes
Built-in BSPF thread on the cap for versatile, straightforward connections
Compression-style MDPE valve with ¾” BSP connection for easy integration
MDPE fittings offer strength, resilience to chemicals and ease of installation
Designed for IBC applications where leak prevention and containment are priorities
PTFE tape may be required to achieve a watertight seal on the threads
Use cases: draining or transferring bulk liquids from IBCs, sampling or controlled discharge in workshop, yard or site environments. Ideal for site-based tradespeople, installers and bulk-liquid handlers who need a reliable, easy-to-install solution without specialised equipment.

FAQ
All of our C16 and C24 graded timber is regularised
Regularised timber is timber that has been processed to have a uniform shape and size. This means that the wood has been sawn and planed to remove any irregularities and ensure that each piece of wood has consistent dimensions. Regularised timber is often used in construction, particularly in the framing of buildings, as it is easier to work with and can be more efficiently installed than irregularly shaped timber.
We have one of the largest ranges of timber lengths, dimensions and grades available to buy online.
The variation you require will determine the exact lead time and delivery method.
Most orders arrive within 3-4 days, the maximum is 7 days. Please get in touch before you order if you need a specifc delivery date.
Delivery charges vary by postcode. To find out the delivery charge, add the item(s) you require to your basket and select CALCULATE SHIPPING at the bottom of the page.
Some orders are delivered on our own vehicles based in Leicestershire and Cheshire. We also use carriers including Yodel and Tuffnells. For some sizes and locations we use regional distributors.
If you'd prefer crane offloading rather than tail lift vehicle offloading for your brick order then this service is available for the majority of bricks that we sell. Charges are shown at checkout.
For deliveries of less than 6 packs then Taillift offloading is normally a more cost effective option
