Tenmat Fire Rated Cavity Barrier Roll 65mm is a flexible intumescent solution for ventilated cavities behind masonry or brickwork façades. Designed to maintain airflow during normal conditions, the roll rapidly expands to seal off cavities in the event of fire—delivering 60 minutes of fire integrity and insulation.
Its ultra-thin 6mm profile offers an alternative to traditional cavity socks, saving both space and labour. Supplied in a 6.3m roll and covered with protective polythene for easy handling, it fits cavities up to 65mm, accommodating building tolerances up to 15mm. The CavGuard Roll 65 is ideal for uninsulated cavities requiring both ventilation and passive fire protection.
